In 1988 >

The year that I started doing business in Raleigh County ...

There were several European Imported Car Dealerships
BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and VW.

Jaguar service and repair was Tag Gallyean in Charleston.
And if you like going to Charleston and leaving you car with
them ... and enjoy all that it takes to do that 2 times, 2 trips ...

Depending on exactly how you act ...
And what the vehicle's problems are ...

We may offer our help to you as a health care provider
or you may continue to make that trip ...
Much of that decision - depends on our meeting you.
Not - the actual condition of the vehicle.

 I have come to view the service work on European cars.

Jaguar - as not really being much different than any of the others.
 

It is the owners -
And their attitudes of entitlement that either push them away
from us as human beings ...
 

Or the lack of it -
With our feeling that they are people we can get along with ...
and help as health care providers for your Jaguar.

And being un-afraid of doing simple maintenance work.
Realizing that we do not know what is right or wrong with
any motor-vehicle or equipment - without disassembly
or / and a personal evaluation of the conditions being discussed.

Our Engine Oil changes will Never void a new car warranty.

And there is something to be said ...
About not having to go to Charleston for an oil change.

Brakes, Fuel Injection Services, Gas and Diesel systems,
Head gaskets, Automatic Transmission fluid services,
Battery replacements -
Electric and Vacumn control service and repair work.

Driveability complaints, No start/No run situations.

All are part of what I have done for the last 20 years.

You can either pretend you know what you are doing
when you start monkey-ing around with those systems
and screw them up ...
